Justine Lee is a Korean-American food writer, recipe developer, editor, and project manager based in Manhattan, New York.

Currently, she is the associate food & drink editor at Parade. Immediately prior, she was the recipe production coordinator at The Kitchn, where she assigned, wrote about, and produced the site's recipe content. Justine got her start working in various professional kitchens, bakeries, and food start-ups. The only baked good aversion she has is towards pie (sorry, pie), her favorite pens are of the glittery gel variety, and the music in her headphones is almost always Taylor Swift or BTS.
